| The
Englefield Estate is keen to encourage education in
the countryside. In addition to the Countryside Days
for Schools, we are happy to have visits from schools
and colleges at other times of the year. |
We
work closely with organisations such as The
John Simonds Trust, The
Kennet and Pang Valley Countryside Project
and the West
Berkshire Education Business Partnership to
provide a varied education package.
The
Estate is involved with local secondary schools through
the Food and Farming challenge.
Good
working relationships are maintained with Reading University
and the Royal Agricultural College who regularly visit
the estate as part of their course work
