The Estate maintains a wide variety of heritage properties. These range from Englefield House to small cottages and include many heritage sites such as the Roman Amphitheatre at Silchester and Saxon burial grounds at Mortimer.

The Estate maintenance team of 12 skilled employees maintain and renovate the 300 or so properties on the Estate.
