From M4 Junction 12 Reading

Exit at junction 12 take the A4 in the Newbury direction, straight across first roundabout at the next roundabout take the A340 towards Pangbourne, in about half a mile turn left to Englefield Village and House. For special occasions and days on which the gardens are open the house can be accessed via the ornamental gates and drive. This is 400 yds prior to the Englefield Village turning, also on the left.

From Newbury

Approaching Theale take the A340 Pangbourne turning at the roundabout, in about half a mile turn left to Englefield Village and House.

From Oxford

Travel towards Pangbourne then take the A340 towards Theale, on crossing the M4 motorway take the second turning right to Englefield Village and House.

From Basingstoke

Take the A340 towards Aldermaston, follow the A340 until its junction with the A4, and turn right towards Reading. Approaching Theale take the A340 Pangbourne turning at the roundabout, in about half a mile turn left to Englefield Village and House.
