Andrew plays an important part in the management of the residential, commercial and agricultural let properties across the Estate.
He joined the team as a graduate in 2016 after completing his degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University. As part of his degree, Andrew spent a year working on a diverse rural estate in Scotland.
Since joining the team, Andrew has qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV).
As a rural surveyor, his role encompasses all elements of rural property management, from tenancy agreements, new lettings and property administration, to overseeing maintenance and managing tenant queries.
The Englefield Estate manages 14,000 acres of mainly rural land and property in West Berkshire. We are hands on in the management of our farming, forestry and property interests and take a long-term view of good stewardship, investment and building strong local relationships.
