We have put together the following Handbook to provide advice and information relating to your tenancy and Estate property. You are likely to find answers to the common question’s tenants have during their time on the Estate. The Handbook will also give you an overview of the Estate’s commitment and maintenance assistance you can expect, along with guidance on day to day care for your home.
Should you require additional help or information, please do not hesitate to contact the Estate Office for general enquiries or the Estate Yard for maintenance issues.

If you need to report a repair please contact the Estate Yard during office hours (8.00 – 16.00 Monday to Friday) on 0118 930 2538.
If you experience a genuine emergency outside normal working hours, which would include defects that put the health, safety or security of yourself or another person at risk, or which have a serious adverse impact on the building, then you should contact the Estate Yard and you will be given an emergency out of hours number.
If there is no response from the Estate Yard emergency number please refer to your Estate contact sheet for contractors details or make contact with the Estate Office on 0118 930 2504.
