As you enter the Lodge Gates and follow the sweeping drive along an avenue of ancient oak trees you will catch your first glimpse of Englefield House. Framed by woodlands and surrounded by beautiful formal gardens it is a truly imposing sight.
Upon reaching the House the views are equally as dramatic. From the Italianate terraces, the gardens give way to parkland, home to a herd of fallow deer, and gently roll down to the picturesque lake and the stunning Berkshire countryside beyond.
