About Us

Our People

The Estate is much more than a collection of land and buildings. At Englefield we recognise that Estate’s success very much depends on the people who live and work upon it. The Estate employs a staff team of around 60 skilled people who support the delivery of a wide range of different business and community activities. They also play a key role in ensuring that we live up to the values of the Englefield Estate in all that we do day to day.

In addition to our staff, we are also mindful of the contribution made by and our responsibility to those who occupy our land and properties either as a home, to run a business or to enjoy the leisure opportunities that the Estate provides.
